QUALITY CONTROL AND VALIDATION
Quality of a service is an extremely fundamental part in our all research.
Therefore, to guarantee that we convey quality information to our customers, we follow Quality keeps an eye on all phases of the examination.
Below are our Quality Steps on each stage of the study:
1- Pre-Field Work Quality Checks: Before we launch our research, we adequately train our interviewers and hold briefing sessions which are completely recorded and sent to the customer. We also include mock meetings will be held with the interviewers to guarantee that all parts of the investigation are appropriately trailed by the questioners during the FW.
2- During Field Work Quality Checks:
- Field Accompaniments: To retain maximum work efficiency during Field projects, we hold arbitrary checks for the interviewers and accompany them while they hold interview sessions
- Call Backs: We prioritize quality and work towards ensuring that interviewers are assigned no more than 15% of the sample. We likewise hold call backs for the retrieved data during the FW and convey a quality report with 30% of success rate for every interviewer towards the end of the study.
- Field Images: As we do random checks on the interviewer following the field plan, we likewise assemble some photograph from the field where the interviewer is communicating with the interviewee.
3- Post Field Work Quality Checks:
- Validation of information: As data Validation is an exceptionally key perspective, we closely observe the process until the end of the study. Additionally, after the Quality check we do legitimate rationale checks and approval of the information prior to conveying it to the customer.
